I cry out, God You hear.
In my afflictions, are you near?
Your sovereignty, so far from me.
I miss Your grace, I don't feel safe.

Thoughts of You, but I fell weak.
Our joyful past is what I seek.
Will the Lord, reject me now?
Has Your love failed, tell me how?

But I turn my eyes, to what You've done.
Your mighty deeds victorious won.
Your ways oh God & Your love so great.
The power & mercy You demonstrate.
